Glims: Enables Safari Full Screen Browsing and More

If you have ever tired Saft for Safari, you probably have enjoyed the features but have, in no way, wanted to pay $12 for a Safari Plug-In. As much as I made use of Saft, and just about all the features like full screen browsing, and download folders based on the date, I had to take it off for two reasons. The first that my trial was up, and the second was because it was causing problems while loading certain pages in Safari.

Thankfully, I found Glims by MHO (Mac Hang Out). It provided every feature in Saft as far as I could tell, and was even able to replace Inquisitor. Glims does not have to be updated every time you update Safari, and it is a much lighter installation than Saft. I really appreciate the work of these guys at, especially considering that they have made it completely free.

Note to Saft users:
"Using both Glims and Saft on the same browser could have unexpected results. Instead of spending time inquiring and fixing this, we decided to invest our time into improving Glims so that you can ditch Saft as soon as possible. Please feel most welcome to share you thoughts with us."
