I don't know if it really matters to whoever is reading this, but I am glad to say that I have redesigned my blogger template. It is 100% custom, and will hopefully be available to select as a blogger template. So you may ask, "What has changed". Well, to start the colors. There is now a fixed background and easier to read table layout. Second, the blog will automatically adjust its size to the size of your screen. Third, but not last, the blog is a little more user friendly.
